Guest Rooms
Welbourne has five main guest rooms with private baths. Most have wood-burning fireplaces. There are an additional two smaller attached rooms which share baths with a main room, perfect for kids.
Main rooms are $225 plus tax per night. Smaller rooms are $175 plus tax per night. There is a two-night minimum in September, October, April, May and June and on certain additional weekends. Prices subject to change for certain dates and events. Fireplace surcharge of $12 per day. Friendly dogs are welcome! Please keep your dog on a leash at all times outside your room as there are several dogs living on the property.

Over the Gun Room – Bay window overlooks the back of the house and barn. Wood-burning fireplace; clawfoot bathtub with shower. Twin room adjacent, at additional cost.
Over the Parlour – Overlooks both the front lawn and garden. Wood-burning fireplace; bathtub with shower.
Over the Dining Room – Oldest bedroom in the house, cozy, overlooks the garden. Wood-burning fireplace; clawfoot bathtub with shower. Twin room adjacent, at additional cost.
End Room – In its own wing on the first floor. Private door gives onto front lawn. Excellent for those with animals to walk. Bath with clawfoot tub and shower. F. Scott Fitzgerald and Thomas Wolfe preferred this lovely room.
Over the Library – Overlooks both the front lawn and the field of horses to the west. Twin beds and writing desk. Bath with clawfoot tub and shower. Twin room adjacent, at additional cost.
Hall Room – Our first floor twin room with private bath with clawfoot tub and separate shower. Fun fact: in the 1930s, when we started taking paying guests, all the rooms had twin beds, as was the custom of the time.
